Job Description

Provide support to the radio stations as a whole, answering multiple telephone lines and greeting all guests

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone for all stations and greet all incoming guests
  • Sort incoming mail and distribute
  • Stamp all out-going mail
  • Open envelopes with checks, type check sheets and fax to Home Office
  • Verify information, correct if necessary and hand out prizes to winners
  • Mail prizes to winners as necessary
  • Maintain spreadsheet of all winners who will receive 1099 at the end of the year and fax list to Home Office with back-up
  • Complete affidavits for programs and barter spots as assigned
  • Assign inclement weather codes by letter or email as requested by schools or businesses
  • Stuff envelopes with invoices for all stations, stamp and mail

 Education/Training Experience

  • High school education or equivalent
